Identified the business opportunity, advised, supported and assisted in all legal, administrative and technical procedures and activities of the Torres del Sol project, based on concepts issued by the succession lawyers in order to establish the contingencies and risk premiums, as part of value trading. Additionally, he participated in the establishment of guarantees for the payment of the lot, he accompanied the owners throughout the preliminary operational process until the financial closing.
